8 unit Large Shiitake Mushrooms
3 unit Spring onions, sliced
1 unit Garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
275 grams Button mushrooms
200 grams Sweet corn kernels
  Salt and pepper

* Chop the mushrooms, and mix with the spring onions, garlic and oyster sauce.
* Stir in the sweet corn and season well with salt and pepper, then spoon the filling into the mushrooms.
* Brush the edges of the mushroom with oil. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish in a preheated oven at 200`C/ 400`F for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender, serve at once.

Tips: If you wish Replace the oyster sauce with soya sauce.
